All In Energy

All In Energy brings energy efficiency and renewable energy to underserved communities, while increasing job opportunities for diverse talent in the clean energy industry.

We are conscientiously working to build an organization that is diverse (starting with

gender, race, and languages spoken) and inclusive in our culture and equitable in our practices. This foundational work is critical to the long-term success of AIE. Diversity is needed to engage with residents in underserved communities, and to understand their unique lived experiences and diverse perspectives.

Our team has grown exponentially over the past 3 years. Starting in 2022, All In Energy moved into the Lead Implementation Vendor role for the utilities’ new Mass Save Community First Partnership (CFP) initiative. In that work, All In Energy supported 28 municipalities including Boston, with Dorchester being one of the four neighborhoods of focus. Pat Cook funding helped us get into a position where we could apply for the CFP Lead Vendor Role. Without these critical funds, we may not have been able to show  the success of our working model.

Diversifying the Clean Energy Industry

We’re creating new jobs for diverse talent and connecting them to careers in the clean energy industry.
